Raul Serrano

Raul Serrano, 98, of Sacramento, CA, passed away on November 4, 2021. He was born on January 14, 1923 in Mexico City, Mexico. On October 15, 1944, he married Luz Maria Jacobo and lived by her side for 69 years until her passing. Raul worked as an accountant and auditor for well over 70 years. He dedicated much of his later years supporting clubs and non-profit organizations such as the Lions Club, Club Alegre, and Sociedad la Edad de Oro for which he served as Treasurer for several years.

Raul is survived by 5 children, 18 grandchildren, and multiple great and great-great grandchildren.

His work ethic, teachings, and unconditional love for family will continue to inspire future generations.

The family is receiving friends during a visitation on Thursday, November 18, 2021 at Harry A. Nauman & Son Funeral Home from 5-7pm. A funeral will be held on Friday, November 19, 2021 at 11 am at the LDS chapel located at 6925 Havenhurst Drive, Sacramento, CA 95831. Committal services will be conducted at 2:00 pm at St. Mary Cemetery.
