Richard Eugene Claflin, age 81, of Sacramento, California passed away on Friday, October 18, 2024. He was preceded in death by his wife, Darlene Claflin, and two daughters, Sally West and Carol. Survived by his loving daughters Pamela (Joseph) Dutra and Penny Thomas; his loving partner Cheryl Wheeler, his grandchildren Corey Claflin, Cheryl West, Matthew West, Daniel Dutra and Samuel Dutra, and great grandsons Kyle, Ryan and Callum.
A funeral mass for Richard will be held Friday, November 8, 2024 from 11:30 AM to 12:30 PM at St. Mary Catholic Church, 1333 58th St, Sacramento, CA 95819.
