Born in San Francisco and raised in the Bay Area and Orange County, Robin worked in the Southern California aerospace industry before settling in Sacramento County in 1977. She later dedicated 25 years to the Sacramento Employment and Training Agency (SETA), helping young adults build meaningful careers particularly in construction.
Robin is survived by her beloved partner, Laurie Carolyn Grenz; her sons, Royce Pepper and George Pepper (Nicole); and her cherished grandchildren: Azlin, Joel, Jeremiah, Delaney, and Lucille. She is also survived by her sister Adele Eberhart, nephews Bryce and Erik, the Grenz and Orr families, and many dear friends.
Robin loved gardening, travel, music, and raising champion Boxer dogs. She will be remembered for her warmth, generosity, and the joy she brought to family and friends. Arrangements will be private per Robin’s wishes.
Donations in her memory may be made to City of Hope Breast Cancer Research under Dr. Hope Rugo, Shriners Hospitals for Children Sacramento, or the Effie Yeaw Nature Center.
