McCoy, Betty Jane, 85, of Palm Coast, Florida passed into her eternal rest on Saturday, November 20, 2010, at Florida Hospital Flagler, Palm Coast, FL. Born March 6, 1925, to Frank and Gertrude Goldbeck of St. Louis, MO, Betty was the middle of three children. She was preceded in death by her husband, Dr. Giles G. McCoy and is survived by sons, Dennis G. McCoy and wife, Tischa, Southlake, TX; Michael C. McCoy and wife, Pamela, Midlothian, TX; daughter, Marsha A. Hudson and husband, Paul Neimeier, San Antonio, TX; brother, Frank A. Goldbeck, Jr., Jonesburg, MO; sister, Verna M. Manies, Florissant, MO; four grandchildren and three great grandchildren. Betty was a member of St. Elizabeth Ann Seton Catholic Church in Palm Coast.
