He was the beloved son of the late Thomas M. Phillians and Debra P. Phillians. Fletcher is survived by his mother, Debra P. Phillians; his sister, Anne Phillians Brandyberry, and her husband, John Brandyberry; and his cherished nephews, Oliver and Owen Brandyberry.
Fletcher graduated in 1995 from Moon Township High School in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania. Known for his sharp intelligence and quick wit, he had a gift for making people laugh. Friends often said he could turn any day around with his humor.
He was a devoted fan of the Ohio State Buckeyes and the Cleveland Browns, rarely missing a game. Fletcher loved to cook, and he shared his meals with family and friends. He also treasured his CD and movie collection, often rewatching comedies that made him laugh.
After moving to Florida in 2004, Fletcher worked in the service industry, where his big personality made him a favorite at Jack’s Beach. He formed lasting friendships and was voted Best Bartender.
