Thacker, Betty Ruth of St. Louis, MO passed away on Tuesday, August 7, 2018 at the age of 89.

Loving mother of Randall Thacker and the late Dennis Thacker. Beloved Grandma of Brenda, Joe and Morgan Thacker. Sister of Vivian Cox, and preceded in death by all her other many siblings.

Our loving aunt, great aunt, cousin and friend to many.

Funeral service and interment will be conducted in Kingsport, TN on Wednesday, August 16.
