Lester Edward Rechtien

Dear father of Laura Di Liberto, Joseph Rechtien, Anne Osman, Charles Rechtien and the late Betty Anne Mackovjak and the late Christopher Rechtien. Dear grandfather of Theresa Winkelman, Daniel, Johnathan and Laura Mackovjak, Jennifer and Joey Rechtien, Nargis, Hassen, Piamana Mohammed, Margie Bienkowski, Kelly and Scott Kaminski.

Dear great grandfather of Amanda and Madison Rechtien and Jordan Boyce. Our dear brother, uncle, father in law, brother in law and friend. Beloved friend and companion of Doris Culton. Dear friend to Debbie Kaminski, Debbie Bienkowski, Grace Kograbra and Ann Smith.

Lester was a Army WWII veteran and member of the Carpenters Union. If desired, please make expressions of sympathy in his memory to American Cancer Society or New Life Evangelistic Center.

The funeral service will be conducted in the Chapel of Hoffmeister South County Chapel 1515 Lemay Ferry Road on Thursday, July 7, 2011 at 1:30 p.m. Interment will follow in Jefferson Barracks National Cemetery. Visitation on Thursday, July 7 at Hoffmeister South County from 11:30 a.m. until time of service at 1:30 p.m.
