Doris Moses

MOSES, Doris (Gersowitz)- of Swampscott, formerly of Lynn, entered into rest on May 14, 2016 at the age of 92. Doris is the beloved wife of the late Arthur Moses. She was the owner of a curtain store in Lynn and Salem for many years. Doris found joy in ceramics, comedians and telling jokes. Doris was a “snowbird”, enjoying her winters in Sunny Isles, North Miami Beach, FL. Doris is survived by her three children, Stephen Moses and his wife Connie Kerr of Swampscott, Ellen Moses and her significant other Bruce Poole of Salem, and Robert Moses and his wife Lori of Scarborough, ME. Loving sister of the late George Gersowitz. Cherished grandmother of Jason, Leah and David. Step-grandmother of Amanda and Tim. Graveside services will be held on Monday, May 16, 2016 at 1:00PM at Ahavath Achim Anshe Sfard Cemetery, Lakeshore Rd., Lynn. A memorial observance will be held following the service until 8PM at the home of Stephen and Connie.
