Charlotte Ann (Welch) Pellett 83, was born January 26th 1941 in Emmet Arkansas. She has lived in the Salem/Stayton area for over 52 years. She was the last surviving sibling of nine children to Clifford and Ila Welch. Most of her friends knew her as "Charlie".
She leaves behind two daughters Adrianna Lee-Hill and Jennifer Hill. Son in-law Sean Lee, grandsons Brian Carey and Eric Hill. Their wives Jillian Carey and Janai Hill. Great grandchildren Rhyse Carey, Blake, Ansley and Naomi Hill.
She passed away peacefully on September 11, 2024. Her service will be held at 11:00 September 21st at The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints 4550 Lone Oak Rd S.E. Salem, Oregon 97302. She will be laid to rest at 2:00 at Belcrest Cemetery 1295 Browning Ave. S, Salem, Oregon 97302.
She was so loved by many and will forever be missed...
