

Debra worked in many types of jobs, sometimes two at the same time so that she could support her family. From picking berries in the fields, cleaning doctor offices and motel rooms, taking care of disabled individuals as a caregiver, to most recently until her retirement of working for NORPAC from Seasonal to full time doing various jobs there.
She attended Gervais High School, but went on later in her adult life to obtain her GED from Chemeketa Community College. Additionally, she obtained additional training as a CNA.
She was passionate about her three daughters, each one meant something special to her, which was her best accomplishment in life.
Debra loved playing all kinds of games on her phone and watching cute cat videos. She was an amazing Crocheter, adventurous soul, enjoyed the outdoors, could shoot a weapon better than most skilled shooters, and had a deep love for all types of cats.
Debra was an extraordinary woman and will be missed by all who had the privilege of knowing her.
Preceded in death by her parents MSGT Dale Runner SR and Helen Runner (nee Snyder), Brothers Dale Runner JR and John Runner and Granddaughter Samantha Rogers. Survived by daughters Sheri Griffin of Tahlequah, Ok, Sarha Rogers of Salem, Or, and M. Gerber of Seattle, Wa. Nephew and Niece Tony of Phoenix, Az and Tabitha of Austin, Tx. She cherished her five grandchildren Caiman, Mason, Colton, Caitlyn, and Tiana.
