Frank was born in Mobile, Alabama. He joined the Army at 17 years old. Frank had a long career with the Army including two tours of Vietnam as an interpreter. He was also a decorated expert marksman. After discharging from the Army, he continued his military career by joining the Army reserves.
Frank was a knowledge seeker and obtained two master’s degrees after discharging from the Army. Later in life, he had a long career in retail sales occupations.
Frank enjoyed traveling and was an avid reader, especially biographies. His main hobby was with firearms. He belonged to various shooting clubs throughout the years and was a walking encyclopedia about firearms.
Frank was a generous person with a great sense of humor and dearly loved his wife Ellen, and her niece Hunter.
He will be greatly missed and is survived by his wife, Ellen, and the Antolin family. His sons: Sean Patrick Kelly, Michael Patrick Kelly and James Patrick Kelly (in memoriam) and Alan Meris.
He is also survived by several grandchildren: Justin, Ruby, Owen, Marika, Joh, Seth, Amber, Sydney, Quinn and great grandson Luka.
