George was born December 9, 1945 in Watertown, New York to George Fulton, Sr. and Vera (Smith) Fulton. His family stayed in the area long enough for George to graduate from Watertown High School. He then received a Bachelor of Theology from Atheneum Ecumenical Diversity Institute on June 14, 1969.
George married Marcia Ann Fulton, DVM on December 24, 1983. He had two careers: first in Medical Diagnostic Imaging, working for Picker X-ray, where he holds many patents; the second in the Securities Industry as a Senior Vice President of Bonds and Investments. George had a passion for theology and the Bible, the Constitution, and sailing and boating.
He is survived by his wife, Marcia Fulton; his mother, Vera Fulton; and his brother, Bill Fulton.
