Jo Ann was born on May 27, 1947 in Aberdeen, South Dakota to Dean and Mary Elizabeth (Armour) Elliott. She graduated from North Eugene High School. Jo Ann married William Crowe on August 15, 1998. She worked in retail at both BiMart and Fred Meyer. Jo Ann had a passion for books, cooking, and collecting treasures.
She is survived by her daughter, Andrea Johnson; and her sister, Judy Turner.
