Joe moved with his family to Woodburn, Oregon in early 70’s and graduated from Woodburn High School in 1972. Joe was a manufacturer for over 30 + years working at Columbia Ladder Company, and Milguard Manufacturing. He also worked at Target and Home Depot before his retirement at the age of 62.
He is survived by his daughter, DeAnn Colon (Adam Colon) and son, Joey Esquivel (Aimee Esquivel) and his four grandchildren, Isaac Garcia, Sebastian Esquivel, Cash Esquivel and Eleni Colon. His siblings, Raul Esquivel, Marcos Esquivel Jr., Luis Esquivel, Lydia Ramon, Sylvia Rodriguez, Rebecca Dominguez and Dianna Esquivel.
He is proceeded in death by his parents, Marcos M. Esquivel and Guadalupe Esquivel, his brothers Noe Esquivel, and Carlos Esquivel.
Joe loved his family and friends, Tejano music, barbeques and the Oregon coast. Joe will be greatly missed by his family and friends. Private services will be held.
