Larry Wolske was born in Laramie, Wyoming to Albert Edward and Katherine Lucille Wolske. He was the “baby” of the family of 6 children and enjoyed all the teasing from that position! He had two brothers and one sister still living. In 1967 the family moved to Salem, Oregon and Larry has resided in Salem and Portland areas since.
Larry was a plasterer and owned “Plaster Master” plaster business for several years. He was a member of the Plasterers local 82. As a master of the trade he worked on large construction projects and homes as far away as New York and Hawaii. His biggest project was coordinating plaster finishing for the Portland Airport several years ago. For that project his masterpiece was a large plaster airplane that came out of the wall. In later years he bought a tap cleaning business and made many friends in his travels for that business.
After several years of declining health and several weeks in Salem Hospital, Larry passed away October 21, 2021. Many thanks to the Salem Hospital staff for their heroic measures!
