A funeral mass for Noel will be held Thursday, February 13, 2025 at 9:00 AM at St. Joseph Catholic Church, 721 Chemeketa St NE, Salem, Oregon 97301. Following the funeral mass will be a graveside service at 1:00 PM at Belcrest Memorial Park, 1295 Browning Ave S, Salem, Oregon 97302.
