He was known for his love of riding and racing motorcycles, a passion that reflected his adventurous spirit and appreciation for speed and freedom. In quieter moments, Robert also enjoyed bowling, where he found both friendly competition and camaraderie.
Robert will be remembered as a dedicated husband, father, grandfather, and great-grandfather whose life was rooted in family and the simple pleasures that brought him happiness. He will be deeply missed by all who knew and loved him.

Robert is survived by his devoted spouse Margy; his two children; grandchildren; great-grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews, all of whom brought him immense pride and joy.
A graveside service will be held at Belcrest Memorial Park, located at 1295 Browning Ave South, Salem, Oregon, 97302. The service is scheduled for December 23, 2025, at 10:00 am.
