

Celina Marie “Sally” Fisher, 84, passed away January 22, 2026. A longtime resident of Salem, Oregon, she most recently lived in Mill City. Sally was born November 11, 1941, in Myton, Utah, to Reginaldo Ortega and Nativida Marie Quintana.
She married Wesley James Fisher on February 21, 1957, in Homedale, Idaho. They resided in Caldwell and Nampa, Idaho. In 1965 they moved to Salem, Oregon where Sally worked many years in retail.
Sally was a devoted member of St. Joseph's Catholic Church. She enjoyed crossword puzzles, beading, sewing, bingo, going to the casino, gardening, tending her rose bushes, drinking her coffee and visits with her family.. Sally and Wes enjoyed traveling to Washington and Montana to visit family and vending at powwows together.
She is survived by her children Fred (wife Kathy), Shyla, Jeanette (husband Bill), and Lisa; 8 grandchildren, 25 great-grandchildren; and 5 great-great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her husband Wes, her parents, siblings Paul, Grace, Reginaldo Jr, Frank, Leonard, Joe and June, granddaughter Celena, and great-grandson Anthony.
Visitation will be January 28 from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. Funeral services will be January 29, with the Rosary at 10:30 a.m. and Funeral at 11 a.m. at Howell, Edwards, Doerksen with Rigdon-Ransom Funeral Directors, followed by graveside services at Belcrest Memorial Park.
The funeral service will continue at 11:00 am on January 29, 2026, with live streaming available at the same link.
A graveside service will be held at Belcrest Memorial Park, 1295 Browning Ave S, Salem, Oregon, 97302, on January 29, 2026, starting at 1:00 pm, followed by a committal service at 2:00 pm.
