"You'll Be Missed"
On the morning of August 29, 2010, we said goodbye to our husband, dad and friend. He will be missed by all who were lucky to have known him. Noble H. Larsen was born in Kaslo, British Columbia and left this world in Salt Lake City, Utah. He was surrounded by many of his loved ones, including his wife Judy, son Jay and daughter and son in-law Niki and Trent Martinet. Noble was a retired drilling and mining executive; he was a giant in his business adventures and the world was his office. Noble championed the underdog and loved without reservation. He became a father to those who befriended him, always supporting them and encouraging them to reach their greatest potential. He was the embodiment of dignity, grace and generosity. Noble opened his home and heart to legions of friends, and created a beautiful life for those who treasured him. There are so many things to love about this wonderful man that it is hard to put into words. We would like to thank the staff at Utah Cancer Specialists and the Huntsman Cancer Institute for their incredible care during the past few years, and to all our friends who gave us support during this precious borrowed time. A celebration of his life will be held at 6:00 pm at the Cottonwood Country Club in Salt Lake City on September 25, 2010. In lieu of flowers, please consider making a donation to the Noble H. Larsen Memorial Fund at any Wells Fargo bank, which will be used to fund cancer research and promote education. To this man so many loved, we say, “Thanks Dear Friend for the Memories”. Arrangments entrusted to Evans and Early Mortuary. Condolences may be shared with the family at www.evans-earlymortuary.com.
