Gunevra "Jeanne" Hunt

Gunevra L. Hunt, 80, of San Angelo, passed away October 8, 2017. She was born in Carlsbad, Texas, on November 1, 1936, to Oliver and Edna Lollar. Gunevra grew up in San Angelo, and graduated from San Angelo High School. On October 20, 1956, she married the love of her life, George L. Hunt. Gunevra worked in the healthcare industry for a number of years including Shannon Hospital as well as private care. She enjoyed spending time with her family and friends. Gunevra is preceded in death by her husband, George; daughter, Brenda Pharr, and brother, David "Tommy" Lollar. She is survived by her daughter, Geneva Wallace; grandchildren, Ashley Hunnicutt, Angela Moran, and Monin Ilarraza, great grandson, Kason Hunnicutt, as well as her sisters, Sue Pfeiffer-Burke and Ilene Clark, as well as many other relatives and friends. Visitation will be from 6-8PM, at Johnson's Funeral Home, Thursday, October 12, 2017. A graveside service will be held at 10 AM in Johnson's Lawnhaven Memorial Gardens on Friday, October 13, 2017 with Mark Sedden and Norman Priddy officiating.
