Linda Gaye Murphy, 41, passed away Thursday, December 6, 2012 in a local hospital. A Graveside Service will be held at 2:00 p.m. Saturday, December 8, 2012 in Mertzon Cemetery. Arrangements are by Johnson’s Funeral Home.
Linda was born in San Angelo, Texas March 18, 1971 to Joe Earl Sr. and Nelda (Vickers) Jay.
She is survived by her spouse Edward De La Paz; daughter Vanessa Jay; Father Joe Earl Jay Sr.; sisters Tisha Havins and Velda Henley; brother Joe Earl Jay Jr. ; nieces Haley, Hannah, and Emma Howell; nephews John Evans and wife Catherine and Ricky Evans and wife Amie; great nieces and nephews Katelyn, Steven, Bryan, Jeremy, Dylan, and Nevaeh Evans.
