Mrs. Lydia will be greatly missed, she was a wonderful woman who I had only begin to know. She was my secret sister  and gave me my first naivety  scenes on a series of plaques that are even now more precious to me. My prayer for Mrs. Rachel and the rest of the Menchaca family, we love you guys.

What a sweet, gentle spirit Lydia had! She was so loving, kind, and genuine...a true friend and Christian example. We will treasure her wonderful smiles, warm hugs, and the precious times spent with her. We will always love her!

Lydia and her family were a big part of my life and my family. She and Tony raised four great children and the faith she raised them with went down to her grandchildren.
