On Aug. 18, 2012, Martha "Louise" Reed joined heavens choir in eternal praise to her Lord and Savior. A celebration of Louise's life will be held at 2 p.m. Monday, Aug. 20, 2012, at Harris Ave. Baptist Church, under the direction of Johnson's Funeral Home. Louise was born May 12, 1923 in Waco, Texas. Reunited with her parents, Frank and Ruby Pack; sisters Virginia Courtney and June Adams; brother Herb Pack; husband Lewis Reed; son Richard George Jr.; and daughters Linda, Etta and Ruby, Louise is survived by daughters Scarlet O'Brien and Iris Champion-Hines of San Angelo Texas and Debbie Spence of Tyler Texas; 15 grandchildren; 14 great-grandchildren; and 3 great-great-grandchildren. A devoted sports enthusiast, Louise could always be found in the stands cheering on her grandchildren or coaching "her cowboys." Mother's bright smile and famous hugs warmed the hearts of everyone she met and will be greatly missed.
