Obituary of Willard Ol G or Big Daddy Clinton Wright
\Willard Clinton Wright, the ultimate cowboy, also known as “Ol’ G” and “Big Daddy” to many, passed away in Odessa, Texas on Thursday, February 9, 2017. He was born to the late, Clinton Merle and Carolyn Lois Green Wright on September 17, 1938 in Odonnell, Texas. Clint was a man who left a mark on those he encountered. He was known as one of the most unique people you could ever meet. He had a strong will and independent streak, some might even say he was mischievous. He was an animal lover, especially of his dogs and horses. He was a horse-trainer and farrier by trade, which afforded him the opportunity to meet people of all walks of life. He was extremely loyal to his friends and family. Clint was the blond headed cowboy with the smile that you never forgot. His open heart, love for life and infectious laughter will be missed greatly.
