SFC Alexander Rosie (US Army Ret)

Alexander Rosie, SFC (US Army Ret.), age 55, passed away on June 1, 2019. He was born on March 21, 1964 in an American Hospital in Frankfurt, Germany. Alexander proudly served his country for 21 years in the United States Army, earning the prestigious De Fleury Medal and he went on to earn his Master’s Degree in Petroleum Engineering from St. Leo’s University. Alexander was a loving husband, father, step-father, son, and grandfather who will be greatly missed.

Alexander was preceded in death by his mother, Patricia Rosie. He is survived by his wife, Lynda Rosie; his children, Heather Rosie, Alexander Rosie, Jr. (Nicolette); his step-children, Sophie Yanez (Steven), Lynda Hernandez (Edward), Charlie Cruz; his grandchildren, Ernesto, Joseph, Isabella, Enrique, Eli, and Samantha; his father, Peter Rosie (Trish); his step-father, David Eagle (Dorys); his siblings, Peter Rosie, Jr., Ellie Dabney, and John Lynch, Brannon, Justin, Glen, and Scot Taylor; as well as numerous nieces and nephews.
