October 19, 2014 Alicia Martinez-Trevino De Rosa, M.D. went to be with the Lord on October 19, 2014 in San Antonio, Texas. She was born on May 30th in Monterrey, Mexico to Ramon Martinez and Maria Trevino Martinez. Alicia was an active, lifetime member of Our Lady of Guadalupe Catholic Church in Helotes, where she was a Eucharistic Minister. She was also a member of the altar society and prayer group. She is survived by her loving husband of 57 years, George W. De Rosa (of Arzano, Napoli, Italy); son, Giuseppe A. De Rosa & wife, Barbara; grandsons, George A. De Rosa and Marc A. De Rosa; and numerous nieces & nephews.SERVICESVisitation will be held on Wednesday, October 22, 2014 from 6:00pm until 9:00pm, with a Rosary at 7:00pm at Sunset Northwest Funeral Home. The Mass of the Resurrection will be celebrated on Thursday, October 23, 2014 at 10:00am at Our Lady of Guadalupe Catholic Church, 13715 Riggs Rd., Helotes, TX 78023 Interment will follow at Resurrection Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Our Lady of Guadalupe Catholic Church in Helotes.
