He is survived by his wife, Lucila G. Wilbur; son, Joseph F. Wilbur and wife, Yolanda; daughter, Maria Zelma Glasgow and husband, Jim; daughter, Nedra Nelly Chapa and husband, Gerardo; son, Harold Wesley Wilbur and wife, Emily of San Antonio; brothers, Reynard Wilbur, Larry Wilbur, and Daniel Gutierrez and wife, Orfelinda; 9 grandchildren; 5 great grandchildren; and numerous nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be made to the Kidney Foundation or Diabetes Association.
