Amalia R. Santos Coronado, born on December 17, 1920 in New Braunfels, TX, to Victoria De La Cerda & Jose Espinoza Rodriguez, was called home to be with the Lord, on January 7, 2016 in San Antonio, TX, at the age of 95.She was preceded in death by her beloved son Rogelio R. Santos and numerous brothers & sisters. She devoted her life to her loving family. Amalia was very active with C.O.P.S. and in senior citizen programs, especially at St. Alphonsus Church. She is survived by her loving children; Martha S. Harbison (Arthur Senecal), Gabriel R. Santos, Ramon Mesa, 11 Grandchildren, 24 Great Grandchildren and 9 Great-Great Grandchildren. Visitation will begin at 5:00 p.m. on Wednesday, January 13, 2016 at Trevino Funeral Home, 226 Cupples Road, with a Rosary to be recited at 7:00 p.m. that same evening. A funeral procession will depart the funeral home on Thursday, January 14, 2016 at 9:30 a.m. for a 10:00 a.m. Mass of Resurrection at St. Alphonsus Catholic Church with Interment to follow at San Fernando Cemetery II.
