It is with a heavy heart that we announce the passing of Amanda Gonzales. She was born April 24, 1944 and passed on August 11, 2022 at the age of 78. She loved playing Lotto scratch offs, watching her SPURS and drinking Miller Lite. She spent her life devoted to her brothers and sisters, with her greatest accomplishment helping raise numerous nieces and nephews who remember her with much love. Amanda will be greatly missed by everyone who knew her.

She is preceded in death by her parents, Julian V. and Carolina Gonzales; brothers, Joe Gonzales and Julian Gonzales Jr.; sisters, Elva Mae Moreno and Olga Cortez.

She is survived by her brothers, Ray Gonzales and Roger Gonzales; sisters, Yolanda Gonzales, Rosario Basden, Carolina Casas, Sandra Ortega and Anna M. Tagle.
