

She was born on February 4, 1961 in Mexico City, Mexico to parents, Othon Martinez and Osbelia (Carrasco) Rodriguez. She graduated from South San West Campus High School in 1979 and received her Bachelor's degree from Park University in 2001.
She was a federal investigator for the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission where she was loved by all.
Ana was creative and loved crafts and sewing. She made gifts for Soldier's Angels and many friends from the kindness of her heart. Ana always thought of others before herself and never met a stranger.
She is survived by her husband, MSgt. Gary D. Cunningham, Jr., USAF (Ret.); sons, Capt. Christopher A. De La Pea, USAF, SPC Nicholas J. De La Pea, USAR; brother, Jose Luis Martinez; sister, Susana Martinez Omberg and husband, Jeff of Houston; sister, Gabriela Martinez-Benavides of Austin; nephews, Jose Luis Martinez, Jr., Aiden Thomas Benavides; niece, Larissa Martinez Benavides.
The family will receive friends from 6:00 P.M. to 8:00 P.M., Wednesday, May 16, 2012 at Porter Loring Mortuary North.
