Anna Delia De Leon

Anna Delia De Leon passed away on August 15, 2020 at the age of 69. Born in San Antonio, Texas on March 23, 1951, she is preceded in death by her parents, Bruno and Isabel Sanchez; her son, Israel Salazar; and her siblings, Cristobal Sanchez and Linda Sanchez.

Anna is survived by her beloved husband, Richard Joe Suarez; her children, Elizabeth Cuellar, Leticia Gonzalez, Cynthia Hernandez, David Villa and Nemiiah Chapa; her 22 grandchildren; her 57 great-grandchildren; her siblings, Gloria Sanchez, Esperanza Leal and Bruno Sanchez Jr.; and her numerous nieces, nephews, extended family and friends who loved her.

Due to restrictions on public gatherings, the Visitation at Funeraria del Angel Trevino – 226 Cupples Road 78237 – will be limited to only 50 people in the building. Face coverings are required to be worn at all times.

The family will be receiving friends for a Visitation on Wednesday, September 9 from 5:00 PM to 9:00 PM, with a Rosary to begin at 7:00 PM. On Thursday, September 10, a Procession will depart from the funeral home at 9:30 AM and arrive at Our Lady of Guadalupe Church – 1321 El Paso St. 78207 – for a Mass at 10 AM. The Burial at San Fernando Cemetery III – 1735 Cupples Road 78226 – will follow.
