As the youngest "baby sister" in a close-knit family, Anna shared cherished moments with her siblings, Adriana and the late Roberto "Bobby" J. In 1972, Anna embraced the role of a loving wife and mother, raising three children with unwavering dedication. Family was at the core of her being, and she generously volunteered her time at Regency Elementary School, the Girl Scouts, and the Parent Teacher Association. Her commitment extended to her community, where she crafted a home filled with love, adorned with her artistic touch.
Anna's green thumb was legendary, as she nurtured and cared for her beloved plants. After a day's work, she would tend to her backyard oasis before creating delicious meals for her family. Her love for travel took her to new horizons, exploring Mexico and creating lasting memories with dear friends.
A stalwart in education, Anna worked for many years with the Northeast Independent School District, leaving an indelible mark on the lives of countless students. Her retirement marked a new chapter, one where she dedicated herself to advocating for those living with diabetes.
