

Anne was born to John and Susan Bucher in Manheim, PA and grew up in Lewisburg, PA.
She graduated from the National Cathedral School in Washington, D. C. and attended Bucknell University.
On July 13, 1935 she married Albert Watson, II and accompanied him as an Army wife to many duty stations within the U. S. and in Japan, Germany and Okinawa.
After retirement from the military, they moved to Washington D. C. for five years when General Watson was appointed as the Governor of the US Soldiers and Airmen's Home.
They lived for many years at Sea Island, GA and later at the Army Residence Community in San Antonio, TX.
She is preceded in death by her husband, LTG Albert Watson, II US Army Retired.
She is survived by her two sons, Albert Watson, III and wife, Mary, John Bucher Watson and wife, Dixie; two grand-daughters, Susan Watson Brown and Virginia Anne Watson; and two great-grandchildren.
