Assaad Leon Toursarkissian, age 83, passed away on Monday, October 17, 2011 in San Antonio. He was born February 8, 1928 in Beirut Lebanon to Col. Boghos and Christine Toursarkissian. He was preceded in death by 1 brother and 2 sisters. Assaad is survived by his wife of 51 years, Martha Toursarkissian; son, Karim Toursarkissian and wife Jennifer; son, Boulos Toursarkissian and wife, Rositta; 4 grandchildren, Leon, Martha, Alex and Ethan; 1 nephew, Paul; and 1 niece, Christine. The family will receive friends from 6:00 to 7:00 p.m., Wednesday, October 19, 2011, at St. George Maronite Catholic Church.
