Austin Douglas Lowe, age 21, of San Antonio, TX, died Monday, March 30, 2009. He graduated from Alamo Heights High School and was a member of Alamo Heights Presbyterian Church and First Presbyterian Church. Austin was a fourth year student at Texas Tech University. He was following his passions by majoring in History and minoring in Computer Science. Austin loved his pets and enjoyed spending his summers fishing on his granddaddy's farm in South Carolina. He was preceded in death by his grandparents, Howard and Dorothy Lowe. Austin is survived by his parents, Doug and Mary Lou Lowe; sisters, Ashley Lowe and Andi Lowe; grandparents, James and Dorothy Folk; aunts, Pam Bishop and husband, Skip; Ginny Prall and husband, Mike; uncles, Jed Folk and wife, Linda; Freddy Folk and wife, Martha; numerous cousins, family and friends.
