Benigna Partida

Benigna "Bennie" Barrera Partida, our beloved mother, entered rest on Tuesday, December 18, 2012, at the age of 85. She was born in Jourdanton, Texas on July 27, 1927 to Jose and Carlotta Barrera.

Bennie was preceded in death by her parents and twelve siblings.

She is survived by her children: Anna Marie Martinez, Maureen Berryman and her husband, Delbert, Evelyn Casillas and her husband, Alfred, Frank Partida and his wife, Rosemary, Jeff Partida and his wife, Marta; 9 grandchildren and 10 great grandchildren. She is also survived by her sister, Belia Calhoun and her husband, Gerald as well as numerous nieces and nephews.

Visitation will be held on Friday, December 21, 2012 from 6:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. at Porter Loring on McCullough.

The family would like to thank the employees of Regent Care Center, Oakwell Farms Nursing Facility and Odyssey Hospice for their loving care given to our mother.
