Betty Marshall, age 70, passed away on Sunday, January 3, 2016 in San Antonio, Texas. Betty was born December 4, 1945 in Hobbs, New Mexico. Betty Marshall was a loving and caring mother, grandmother and great grandmother. Her love of nature and all its beauty gave her great peace as she observed God's creatures playing in her back yard. She is preceded in death by her parents, Carol and Ruth Owens. Betty is survived by her husband, Emmett Marshall; daughter, Shelly Atkins; daughter, Angela Hurst; daughter, Deniece Irwin; son, Brian Suddeth; grandchildren, Samantha Sanchez, Anthony Sanchez, Gary Palmarez, Brandon Hurst and Dalanie Hurst; great grandchild, Josie Jo Sanchez; son; Michael Marshall; daughter; Dacia Jesseman Ferris and grandchildren, Sabrina Savoie and Audrey Ferris.
The family will receive friends from 2:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m. on Saturday, January 9, 2016 at Porter Loring North.
