Blasita Rios Pena

Matthew 11:28 – Come to me, all you who are weary and burdened, and I will give you rest. And it has come to be that on this day May 1, 2015, loving wife, mother, grandmother Blasita R Pena has gone to rest. Blasita was born, March 6, 1929 to Donaciano & Josefina Rios, whom precede her in death along with her brothers Anastasio, Maximilliano, Gregorio & Donaciano, sisters Juanita, Victoria & Cruz; She is survived by her sister Carmen; her husband of 73 years Gilberto Pena; children Gilbert (Lupe), Elsa, Anita (Ernest), Lucia Domingo, Connie, Juan (Raquel), Terry (Ignacio), Daniel (Annette), 29 grandchildren, 40 great grandchildren, 1 great great grandchild. John 16:22 – And ye now therefore have sorrow: but I will see you again, and your heart shall rejoice, and your joy no man taketh from you. A visitation will begin, Tuesday, May 5, 5:00 p.m. at Trevino Funeral Home, 2525 Palo Alto Rd. with a rosary to be recited at 7:00 p.m. that same evening. A funeral procession will depart the funeral home at 9:30 a.m. for a 10:00 a.m. Mass to be celebrated at St. Bonaventure Catholic Church with interment to follow in First Memorial Burial Park.
