Calvin Jerome Barton Sr. age 55, passed away January 29, 2015 in San Antonio, Texas.He was born on September 7, 1959 in San Antonio, Texas to Melvin and Dorine Barton. He is survived by his wife, Valerie Barton; mother, Dorine Bassey; children, Delricho Jones, Calvin (Teresa) Barton Jr., Camisha (Troy) Etheredge, Cherrelle Barton, Karen Barton and Chantal Barton; 11 grandchildren,; sisters, Armandia Ruffin, Karen Scott, Helen Teal and Terry McClendon;
brothers, John Barton, Paul Colbert and Victor Colbert; numerous nieces and nephews. Visitation will be at Sunset Northwest Funeral Home, 6321 Bandera Road, 78238 from 6:00 P.M. to 8:00 P.M. A funeral service will be celebrated at 11:00 A.M. Saturday, February 7, 2015 at the Now Word Covenant Church, 12525 Nacogdoches Road. Interment will be at Fort Sam Houston National Cemetery on Monday, February 9, 2015 at 9:15 A.M. with U.SA. Navy military honors.
