Carole Lockhart, age 64, of San Antonio, died Friday, November 23, 2001. She was a Bluebird and a former manager of the Methodist Hospital Giftshop. She also worked in the Human Resources Department for the UT Health Science Center for the past 11 years. Survivors: daughters, Debbie Hernandez, Cindy Ellis, Lynne Rae and Kristy Lockhart; and six grandchildren. She was deeply loved and will be greatly missed.
