She was a long time member of the Social Order Of The Beauceant (SOOB), in which she had many lifelong friends.
She was preceded in death by, husband D.G.Rogers (Gene); sisters, Geraldine Anderson and Velva Dlugosh; brothers, Warren Henley and Calvin (Butch) Henley. Celia is survived by two sisters Corrine Kotzur and Barbra Goldsmith (John); her daughter, Belinda Ingram (Alex) and by her two sons, Donald Rogers Jr. (Shelia), and Walt Rogers; two grandchildren, Ellyse Rogers and Ethan Rogers; as well as many nieces and nephews.
