He retired from the U.S. Air Force after 21 years of service. After retiring he worked for MWR at Lackland AFB for many years.
He is survived by his wife of 59 years, Tommie Fitzgerald; son, Scott Fitzgerald; daughter, Robin Brame; daughter-in-law, Beth Fitzgerald; grandsons, Sam, John, Charlie Fitzgerald and Tyler Brame; granddaughters, Lindsey and Callie Brame; as well as a host of other family and friends.
The family will receive friends 6:00 P.M. to 8:00 P.M., Wednesday, August 4th, at Porter Loring Mortuary North.
