Charles Golden Krumboltz, Sr., age 84, of San Antonio, died Friday, February 15, 2002. He was a loving husband of 51 years, father and grandfather. Mr. Krumboltz owned and operated the Tower Laundry and Cleaners for 43 years. He was a member of Alamo Heights United Methodist Church for 51 years. He received the Thanks Badge Award from the Girl Scouts and the Silver Beaver Award from the Boy Scouts. Mr. Krumboltz was also a Charter member of the Alamo Heights Optimist Club. Survivors: spouse, Jane D. Krumboltz; daughter, Glenna K. Smith and husband, Bruce; son, Charles G. Krumboltz, Jr. and wife, Martha; daughter, Paula K. Hutchinson and husband, John; 3 granddaughters, Ashlyn Hutchinson, Boulder, CO, Lily Smith, Fairfield, CT and Emma Hutchinson, Houston, TX.
