Charles Key Lipscomb, age 69, passed away September 15, 2020 in San Antonio, TX. He was born in San Antonio, TX on January 23, 1951 to Cecil and Emma Lipscomb
He was preceded in death by his father, Cecil A. Lipscomb, Jr.; mother, Emma Katherine (Bay) Lipscomb,; and sister, Nell Ruth Lipscomb. He is survived by cousins, Jill Holloway, Carol Pazder, Cathy Roschay, Pattie Feldman, and Margi Biennemann.
