Charles Howard Stephens, age 82, passed away Tuesday, June 7, 2016 in San Antonio, Texas. He was born on March 24, 1934 in Hamilton, Ohio to Howard and Romilda Stephens. He was a U.S. Navy veteran and owned and managed his own Insurance company. Charles is survived by his wife Joan Stephens ; sons, Gary Boyd Stephens and wife Jeanne, Gregory Todd Stephens; siblings, Dolores Barton, Karen Gerber and Phillip Stephens; nieces and nephews. Visitation will be at Sunset Northwest Funeral Home, 6321 Bandera road, San Antonio, Texas on Saturday, June 11, 2016 from 9:00 A.M. to 10:00 A.M. with a memorial service at 10:00 A.M. Interment will follow at a later date at Fort Sam Houston National Cemetery with U.S. Navy military honors.
