Charles Andrew Walters

A gregarious and fun-loving person, Charlie had many friends in many places due to his connections to Camp Longhorn, Trinity University, The McCallie School in Chattanooga, Tennessee, and the real estate community in San Antonio.

Charlie was born to William and Barbara Baird Walters on December 29, 1962 in Memphis, Tennessee. He graduated from Trinity University in 1985 and has been an active participant in the local commercial real estate industry since that time, serving most of those years as vice president of Cavender & Hill Properties, Inc.

In addition to his work, Charlie served on the boards of Respite Care and The Texas Cavaliers and was a member of the Merry Knights of King William.

His mother, Barbara, preceded Charlie in death.

Charlie is survived by his wife Missy, their daughters Emmy, Olive and Melanie, his father William Walters, his brother Scooter Walters and sisters Liz Cavazos and Bea Smith.
