Charles Burton Wild, Jr., age 96, passed away Wednesday, May 3, 2017 in San Antonio, Texas. He was born on May 2, 1921 in Cedar Rapids, Iowa to Charles and Lillian Wild. Charles served for 31 years active duty in the U.S. Army and retired as a full Colonel.
Charles is survived by his son, Michael J. Wild, his daughter, Cheryl L. Alexander; and other loving family.
Graveside services will be held 11:30 a.m. Wednesday, June 14, 2017 with military honors at Fort Sam Houston National Cemetery.
