Born in Buffalo, New York, to Clara and Zigmund Gibalski, Kris was raised with a deep faith and a heart for service—values that guided her throughout her life. As a Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN), she brought warmth, empathy, and dedication to her work, touching countless lives with her gentle spirit.
Kris’s life was a reflection of her unwavering love for Jesus, which shone brightly through her kindness, grace, and selfless acts of care. Whether offering a prayer, preparing a comforting meal, or sharing a heartfelt embrace, she was always ready to give of herself to others.
She found joy in cooking and baking for her family, friends, and church, often filling her home with the comforting aromas of her favorite recipes. She also loved riding horses, growing her own vegetables, and spending time in Bible study, deepening her faith and sharing it with those around her.
She was the heart of her family—a loving wife of 52 years to Bill, a caring mother to ChadClay and his wife Piya, a proud stepmother to Brad, and a joyful grandmother to Landon and Kiera. She shared very beautiful and loving relationships with her siblings: Aimee, Tina, Frank, and Laurie, and was deeply cherished by extended family and dear friends.
Kris will be profoundly missed and lovingly remembered for her faith, her laughter, and the enduring love she gave so freely. Her legacy lives on in the hearts of all who had the privilege to know her.
