It has taken me a long time to come to accept this news.  There is so much I want and need to say but I will save it for a different post. But, I do want to say that this devastated me. Teena and I went way back and have a long history I can’t believe she’s gone. I wish I really knew the whole story of what happened and it anyone can tell me please do because I would love to know so that I can have closure. But, know that I loved her with all my heart....I always did.

So sorry to hear of Teena's passing.  She was my next door neighbor in New Freedom, PA.  I have such fond memories growing up with Teena.  Her dad would take us fishing and we would ride our bikes around the development until dark.  Sending my sincere condolences to Teena's family and friends.

     I knew your mom in middle and high school and we reconnected a few years ago on Facebook.  I always enjoyed seeing pictures of her family and trips to Disney.  She was such a kind and caring person when I knew her in school, so  it only makes sense that she became a nurse.  I’m sure she was wonderful at her job.  I was so sad to hear of her passing.  Please accept my sincere condolences.

Oh I am so sorry to hear this. Teena and her family lived in our development.  When we were you g our parents would get together and the us kids would play late into the summer night.  We had so many good memories. Sending so much love to Teena's family.

I really enjoyed working with Teena on the Methodist Healthcare System's Professional Practice Council. She took great pride in representing her facility (and herself) as the MHNE PPC Chair. She always had a smile on her face and was willing to help out wherever she could. We had fun working together during some of our special projects, like Methodist Ministry Adopt-A-Family and Elf Louise. In just the short time that I knew her, she made a huge, lasting impression on my heart.

I still can’t believe you are gone, we had just talked about getting together when all this craziness is over. Thank you for always supporting your team when you did, for caring about the patients and your co-workers. I hope you get to eternally watch all the Disney 5K, 10K, 1/2 marathons and marathons all you want now. You will be greatly missed by many and I will forever keep you in my heart. Love and miss ya

I’m so heart broken.  She was such a positive and uplifting lady.  She will be truly be missed by everyone she ever interacted with.  If you knew her - you know we lost an amazing person that touched our lives.  I will remember her encouragement & uplifting spirit.  It was my honor to work with & know this beautiful soul. You are the light and you were not afraid to stand against what's is dark and wrong. You heart was full of compassion,  your goals were wrapped around helping others and less fortunate ones. I am excited to know that you are in Heaven with our God where you rightfully belong. The Earth needs more angels like you. You will be missed...

I honestly don’t even know where to begin. You will truely be missed. You always had a big heart, a bright soul, and endless smile. You were always there to be my ear when needed and gave that endless support to me and my family when we needed it the most.  You had truely found your calling as a nurse. You always went above and beyond in everything.  May god watch over your family. My deepest condolences to them. May you now be their angel to watch over and protect them.

I don’t know where to begin and can’t even express the overwhelming gratitude I feel towards you. You have been in my corner from
day one as a baby nurse and I credit much of the nurse that I have become to you. You always had my back and you had such a knack for seeing more in people than they could see in themselves. I have never met a more selfless or kindhearted person, and I feel blessed to have gotten to work alongside you and even more so just to know you.

Teena, you influenced my life in such a positive way. I enjoyed working with you and talking with you about my baby and your new grandbaby.  You always made me feel better when I was worried about something,  just being around you was such a blessing. I'll miss putting out fires with you, you always made work enjoyable. You will always be in my heart and I will be praying for your beautiful family.

You made everyone’s day brighter by just being you. I was blessed to know you and learn from you. You are amazing and God has gained a wonderful angel. You are so loved and will be missed.

            You were an awesome nurse, leader and friend!  It is still hard to believe that you are really gone and that I’ll never see your beautiful smile again or give ya a friendly hug or hi in the hospital halls in passing! We have lost an angel here on earth but now you are an angel in Heaven and I know you’ll be watching over all of us down here! You will be greatly missed! I will continue to pray for your family!

        Thank you for being an amazing coworker, friend, and leader. You were always selfless and willing to give. You were never scared to show your emotion and you always pushed for what was right for your patients and your coworkers.  We all love you very much. 

Dear Teena, thank you so much for including me in y’all’s family on the 2020 Disney Princess Half marathon trip. From the second i arrived in Texas with Valerie I didn’t feel out of place because of how kind and welcoming you all were to me. This trip was life changing, and not only did you help me understand the medical field more but you also encouraged me to finish the half marathon even though i thought i couldn’t. You and David both took great care of me throughout the whole trip, especially when I was sick. Thank you for being so kind and compassionate to everyone in your life. 

We have lost an angel.  Teena was the most caring, generous, and compassionate person.  Her deep faith in God was an inspiration.  I loved working with her, she was always available to lend a hand.  My heart felt condolences go out to her family.  

So many memories...where do I start? Walking the halls of NEMH, planning our escape...You giving me advice on how to handle certain situations and vice versa ;-)...meeting the powers that be for breakfast to discuss our plans for donate life month (oy vey...we had some laughs!)...just being a sounding board to each other...seeing you after surgery...breakfast to talk about Paris...Princess/Birthday weekend 2020...when we discovered we had the same birthday and both loved Disney and Run Disney (standing outside trauma 1)...and so many more memories. Girl...I’m just lost without you. I miss you so much. Every mile is magic but it won’t be the same with out you. My birthday sister, my friend. Miss you always
