

His memory lives on through his wife, Kristin Marshall, son, Tanner, daughter, Reckley, parents Ben and Barbara Marshall, sister, Kasi Boden and Mat Boden, niece, Hailey, nephew, Barrett, numerous aunts, uncles, cousins and friends who share in his joyful spirit in life. Cody was preceded in death by grandparents Ben Marshall, Mary Marshall, Thomas Pavlich and Nancy Lee Pavlich.
Cody attended St. Luke’s Catholic School from kindergarten to 8th grade where he was an altar server. He graduated from Marshall High School in 2006 and went on to obtain a Bachelor of Science degree in Construction Management from Indiana State University. Cody had a lifelong love of sports. When he was young he played soccer, basketball and baseball with CYO and Northwest Little League. He continued to pursue his love of baseball in middle school, high school and through many club teams. While at Marshall he was also a proud member of the Rams football team.
Cody was a resident of Helotes, Texas where he lived with his wife and children. He worked as a Project Manager for Joeris General Contractors, a job he loved. Cody attended weekly services at Oak Hills Church where he grew in his faith and devotion to the lord. He had many interests and hobbies. Cody enjoyed playing the guitar, fishing, hunting, riding horses, working on his truck building furniture for his family, grilling, researching topics of interest and traveling. He loved being with his family, playing with his dogs and taking long rides on his motorcycle.
Those who knew him remember Cody’s infectious smile and sense of humor. He always made a point to stop and acknowledge everyone he knew.
A Celebration of Life will take place from 5:00-10:00 p.m., on September 20, 2025, at Josabi's Acres. 17200 TX-16, Helotes, TX 78023.
